(1) The term of the permit shall be twenty-five years at most. But the license shall not be granted for a period exceeding ten years at a time.
(2) The permit holder who wishes to renew the permit shall submit an application to the authority for the renewal of the permit within the specified period before the expiration of the permit period. If there is such a report, the permit should be renewed once in five years.
(3) In accordance with sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 24, the person who has received the permit shall submit the renewal fee to the authority as per sub-section (2) in order to renew the permit.
(4) In accordance with sub-section (2) of section 24, a person who has received a permit shall submit the prescribed documents to the authority for the purpose of renewing the permit in accordance with sub-section (2).
(5) If the permit is not renewed within the period specified in sub-section (2), such permit shall automatically be cancelled.
